Native American artifacts on display in Alexandria June 27

A Native American Artifact Show is planned for Sunday, July 27 in Alexandria. The Gopher State Archaeological Society will host the annual event Sunday, July 27 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Holiday Inn.

Shrine Circus comes to Alexandria

Fun for the whole family will be arriving in Alexandria on Friday, July 18. The public is invited to see tigers, elephants, a lion, acrobats and extreme motorcycle riders at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
