Engagement: Rhode - Braatz

Delire (Nyren) and James Rhode of Buffalo announce the engagement of their daughter, Erika Rhode, to Andrew Braatz, son of Diane (Smidt) and Donn Braatz of Osakis. Erika is the granddaughter of Marilyn and Duane Nyren of Annandale and Lavern and Thomas Rhode of Crystal. Andrew is the grandson of Jeanette Braatz of Litchfield.

A wedding and reception is planned for December 31, 2009 in Buffalo at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and Education Center.

Erika is a 1998 graduate of Buffalo High School and a 2009 graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor of science degree in social work. She is currently employed at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo.

Andrew is a 1998 graduate of Osakis High School. He is currently employed at Ellingson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning in Alexandria as a journeyman heating, venting and air conditioning installer.
