Drug bust at Osakis home September 22

Four Osakis residents were arrested Thursday and face felony drug charges in court today.

Acting on a narcotics search warrant at 305 West Main Street in Osakis, law enforcement made the arrests. The four adults face felony-level methamphetamine possession and sale charges.

The following residents were arrested and are expected to be charged in Douglas County District Court sometime today: Brenda Lyn Nelson, 50; Kyle Lee Nelson, 19; Shaun Dexter Chermak, 28; and Karl Dean Shroyer, 49.

The West Central Minnesota Narcotics Task Force, Osakis Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff's Office searched the home and made the arrests.
