Hey Tony, grow a brain and understand that the school district is required to have a budget reserve. Just like any business should.

Sounds like we are paying too much in taxes since the shortfalls are being off-set year after year with reserve money. Why doesn't the district write a real budget with all of the funds laid out on the table? Where is the transparency?
