The winner of the first-ever "Sink Big Bob Raffle" fundraiser for the Osakis Chamber of Commerce is Laura Backes (right). She won $500 in Chamber Bucks for guessing the closest time to when the giant bobber sank through the ice on Lake Osakis -- Monday, April 30 at 3:27 p.m. Also, Lindsay Kugel (left) was the winner of $100 in Chamber Bucks in a random drawing.
