January 26

Stopped for no license plate and expired 45-day sticker in window, confirmed ignition interlock was operational, citation for unregistered MV and no proof of ins, after issuing citation driver found proof, advised to contact court for dismissal, no proof charge deleted prior to submitting citation, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.

Warning for on-street parking after midnight, W 1st Ave.

Approached occupied vehicle to warn not to park on street due to winter parking restrictions, driver was drunk, arrested for 2nd deg DWI, towed vehicle for forfeiture, W 2nd Ave/W Main.

Employee theft, referred to Todd County Sheriff's Office for investigation and changes.

Attempted fraud/scam, suspicious phone call, E Nokomis.

Assist other agency, civil warrant failure to pay child support 2500 cash, W 7th Ave, Alexandria.

911 hang up, no one on the line, call back was busy, call back woman took overdose.

Hit and run, hit car and left, W Nokomis.

January 27

Criminal damage to property, friend's boyfriend was upset and kicked her car, also kicked and punched the box of his truck.

False alarm, E Nokomis.

Noise complaint, caller says they are having a party, very loud music, party lights, eight plus cars parked in backyard, says it's an ongoing issue, E Pike.

January 28

Warning for on-street parking after midnight, W 1st Ave.

False alarm, fire alarm, protection systems operational, W Main.

Lost property, black wallet with green card and ID, Osakis Grocery.

Threats, while visiting a friend she received threatening text messages from her friend.

January 29

Two citations for parking on street between midnight and 6 am,

Transport to Dollar General and then laundry, daughter requested that we check on her mother and let her know they would be there in an hour, mother informed, W Main.

Warning for stop sign, Black's Resort.

Warning for stop sign, E 1st Ave/E Nokomis.

Truck and moving trailer allowed to park on 7th for two nights, 7th Ave/Pike.

January 30

Suspicious vehicle speeding on interstate, exited at Osakis and turned right on 27, all passenger side windows smashed out, tan Lexus sedan/crossover, UTL, I-94/Hwy 27.

Domestic, report of verbal between mother and son.

Warning for driving conduct, was just enjoying the drive, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Person stopped to pick up her child from dance and her ex was in the parking lot, attempted to speak to person at his parent's residence but unable to get anyone to come to door, info passed to APD.
