The First National Bank of Osakis is taking steps to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

“Honoring Governor Tim Walz’ order to ‘Stay at Home, and our focus on keeping our employees and customers healthy during this uncertain time, First National Bank of Osakis is restricting its lobby traffic to appointments only,” said Justin Dahlheimer, president and CEO of the bank in an email Thursday, March 26.

Customers may call 320-859-2101 to arrange a time for bank staff to work with them on financial needs.

During the “Stay at Home” period, which runs until at least April 10, the First National Bank of Osakis will remain fully staffed and able to handle all customer requests, Dahlheimer said.

Additionally, because of the technological investments the bank made, customers can safely do transactions in the bank’s drive-thru, do deposits in the lobby ATM, use any of its ATM locations to get cash, and deposit funds remote, pay bills, transfer funds, apply for consumer loans, and view balances and statements at .
