Week of March 12-18:
On Sunday morning, a non-denominational worship service led by Steve Fredrickson was held at Terrace Heights Chapel. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped and to those who conducted a Catholic communion service.
Bingo was played at Terrace Heights on Monday afternoon. Lee Zarbok entertained at CMH after bingo. Lee plays keyboard, and he and Priscilla sang many old familiar songs.
Father David Petron of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Osakis and St. Nicholas of Belle River celebrated Mass on Tuesday morning at Terrace Heights Chapel.
The rosary was prayed before Mass. Assisting were Pat Mohror, Kathy Berg, Loretta Becker, Phyllis Tegels, Charmaine Hartmann, Dick Daas and Bob Schluender.
Happy hour was fun on Tuesday afternoon.
The Rev. Steve Hilde of Salem, Sauk Valley and Little Sauk Lutheran churches conducted a chapel service at CMH after bingo and led a Bible study on Thursday.
Several manicures were done on Thursday morning during Nifty Nails. Thanks to Karen Vogh and Julie Kakac for all their help. The Osakis Review was read before dinner. The Viking Library Bookmobile stopped here.
On Thursday afternoon, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day a day early. We did trivia, played and sang Irish songs and served grasshoppers, green beer, green margaritas, green Rice Krispies bars and key lime cheese ball with graham crackers.
Bingo was played on Friday afternoon.
