Monica Klimek (right) received a Special Recognition Award from the Osakis School Board, which was presented to her by Osakis Superintendent Randy Bergquist at the Monday, Dec. 10 board meeting. Klimek has served on the board for eight years. The plaque was awarded for her outstanding service to education.
