Caller requesting law enforcement assist with eviction of tenant, directed caller to get court ordered eviction, E Lake.

Property damage accident, vehicle backed into another vehicle, driver stopped and got out and looked and then left, elderly male, requested Todd County follow up, TCSO relayed person’s info, minor crash report, W Nokomis.

Dog barking complaint, warned about two barking dogs in kennel, E 8th Ave.

Warning for speed, 27/4.

Found two dogs, person picked up her dogs from comp, E Nokomis.

Medical, caller states husband is not breathing, possible DOA, arrived and attached defibrillator and began CPR, transported.

Nuisance violation, door hanger left warning to remove weeds and thistle along house and to mow lawn, W Pike.

Patrolled bike trail.

Patrolled park, locked restrooms, E Lake.

Citation for speed, DAC, no driver’s license in possession, 96 MPH heading southbound, stopped on I-94 ramp, dropped driver off at Perkin’s in Alexandria for owner to pick up vehicle, Hwy 27.

July 11

Came upon deer that was struck by vehicle, deer was still alive and needed to be dispatched, issued person a deer tag, vehicle that hit deer not on scene, CR 82, Alexandria.

Warning for failure to slow down for emergency vehicle along roadway, CR 82/Liberty Rd, Alexandria.

Caller heard glass break on neighbor’s house and saw a male dressed in black, checked entire neighborhood, no broken windows, nothing suspicious, E Pike.

Assist other agency, white 1990s Jeep Grand Cherokee, male with beard and female with three kids, last seen in Hennepin asking for directions to Osakis, checked town and gas station cameras.

Neighbor dispute, vacation home rental occupants trespassing on neighbor’s property and speeding on K St, spoke with property owner who will speak to renters.

Driving complaint, all over the road, CR 10/CR 3.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Issued ice cream coupon to young child wearing a bike helmet, W 2nd Ave.

July 12

Medical, non-verbal, breathing OK, nebulizer in use, transported, E Main.

Barking dog complaint, spoke with kids and they will bring them in the house, E 8th Ave.

Found dog, has tag, being returned to owner on King St, W Main.

Delivered planning and zoning packets, E Nokomis.

Travelers aid, W Nokomis.

Request for assistance with child exchange, persons exchanged children, W Main.

Suspicious vehicle, 1970s Jeep with free sign on it, keys in it, spoke with owner who stated it was free and anyone can have it, W Main.

Nuisance violation, trailer with boat parked in front of house longer than the permitted eight hours, no one appears to be home, left door hanger, W Pike.

HRO violation, third party contact, comp stated that she has received text messages from another person who she believes was put to it by another person, person will be contacted and told to stop messages, W Main.

July 13

Caller stated that people are messing with her through Facebook, stated that another person cloned her phone when they were dating and his mother yelled at her when he was questioned in reference to her car used illegally, would not give details and then hung up.

Check welfare, caller is with Region 4, person called her and was very manic, she hung up on comp before she could get any information, person is having a bad day due to losing debit card, Region 4 was able to get person to come over and speak with her, W Main.

Patrol at car show, Central Ave/ W Main.

Caller states resident is pumping his sump onto his lawn, appears that hose might be broken and was originally dumping into empty field, left door hanger notifying them of the issue, W 7th Ave.

Complaint of dog in vehicle in parking lot, dog had water and sunroof and windows were open, E Nokomis.

Medical, 63-year-old male with dizziness and light-headed, transported, W Main.

Shooting complaint, heard at least seven shots, spoke to older person sitting in his vehicle that stated he saw several rockets go up and explode, walked the area and heard nothing, W 7th Ave.

July 15

Driving complaint, drowsy driver, CR 82/CR 9, Nelson.

Funeral escort, E 1st Ave.

Lost property, blue cooler fell off van, wallet in it, E Nokomis.

Business checks, W Nokomis.

Medical, male with stroke-like symptoms, transported, W Nokomis.

Child custody matter, caller would like an officer to meet her at OPD, assisted with child custody exchange, E Nokomis.

Citation for no proof of insurance, warning for driving with no lights, E 2nd Ave/E Nokomis.

July 16

Medical, 76-year-old female, left tingle, transported, W Main.

Nuisance violation, privately owned lots not being cut, left message with owner and realtor, W 7th Ave.

Suspicious activity, caller noticed someone had damaged an item in antique store, W Main.

Traffic hazard, received complaint about students using the street and causing a traffic hazard, spoke with school concerning the issue and they will discontinue using the street, E 1st Ave.

Caller stated she is upset about things that have been happening in the last few months, E Main.
