Report of little kids racing golf carts and lawn mowers in the street, one is only 5-years-old, no kids around, located golf cart and spoke with minors about driving in town and not having a license, E 5th Ave/E Main.

Caller reporting there is a young child in a car seat in the back seat of a truck, has been there for an hour, party returned and left already, child was OK, W 8th Ave.

Child custody matter, caller would like to meet an officer at the OPD in reference to enforcing custody papers, person wanted his son per court paperwork, advised him the OPD would not be assisting with the matter at this time due to his possibly being charged with making a recent bomb threat at a government building, called other person and advised that person was requesting visitation, she stated no per her attorney's advice.

Juvenile female threatening suicide, spoke with person about cutting herself and threatening suicide, did not have any cuts, spoke with father about bringing her to clinic or hospital to get evaluated, said he would get her checked out.
