Complaint of vehicle parked on sidewalk, business owner unloading items and parked temporarily, Central Ave/W Main.

Public assist, wife has fallen, states he needs an officer to lift her up, assisted lifting into roller chair, not injured, E Lake.

Narcan and opioid training at Alomere, Alexandria.

Medical, female with difficulty breathing, assisted with info and loading, transported, W 8th Ave.

January 25

Found wallet, dropped off at OPD, E Nokomis.

Citation for 40 in 30 on 1st Ave, warning for stop sign, citation issued by mail, Hwy 27.

Assist other agency, comp stated unwanted male came to his house and assaulted him, staging at Smith Lake and 82, looking for suspect vehicle, E 8th Ave, Alexandria.

Lost small weiner dog, checked area, unable to locate, placed on OPD Facebook page, W 2nd Ave/W Nokomis.

Motorist assist, car broke down, blocking traffic, vehicle moved out of roadway, family was able to get car running and drove it home, E 8th Ave.

January 26

Safe Server training, E 8th Ave.

Medical, 81-year-old male fell prior night, throwing up blood, weak and pale, transported, W 6th Ave.

Foot patrol, door checks, Central/Main.

Complaint of hearing gunshots, sounded like from lake area, walked the area and spoke to person, heard one loud crack, heard noise from lake ice cracking, E 1st Ave.

January 27

Citation for stop sign violation, driver very upset, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Medical, 75-year-old male with redness and swelling, lump around feeding tube, transported, W Main.

Caller says her heat is out and she can't get it back on, unable to contact heating company, contacted community action partnership, E 1st Ave.

911 hang-up, nobody on line, ringback gets answering machine, no one around, building secure, no tracks in snow, spoke with principal who stated no one should be there, W 4th Ave.

Comp heard voices overnight and saw a shadow move by, fresh prints leading from front door to window, checked area, did not locate anyone, spoke to neighbors, will call if they see anything else, W Nokomis.

January 28

Citation for violation of no on-street parking from midnight to 6 a.m., city is plowing, E Pike/E 1st Ave.

Assist other agency, medical call, West Union.

Female on camera shoplifting, store will trespass her, E Nokomis.

Caller says a woman threatened to hurt her, persons have been spoken to, W Main.

Caller says he can see a male on an ATV on the lake, seems to be broken down, observed one ATV or snowmobile, appeared fine, Central Ave.

Stalled motorist, attempted to push vehicle into parking lot without success, vehicle will be moved ASAP, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Assist other agency, gm warrant for viol cond rel, 3rd deg dwi, ms possess mj in mv, pm possess drug para, arrested without incident, W 7th Ave, Alexandria.

January 29

Warning for on-street parking after midnight, Oak.

Person has been harassed by her upstairs neighbor, person banging on ceiling and walls, warned about behavior, W Main.

Medical, female has been in bed for a week and wants to go to ER, assisted with info and loading, transported, W Queen.

Medical, male fell outside, broken leg, transported, W Nokomis.

Juvenile daughter out of control and hitting mom, person went with grandmother for the evening after being found at a residence.
