Suicide attempt, caller states person is trying to kill herself and has cut her stomach, transported.

August 16

Medical, 83-year-old female with tightness in chest, would like ER to check her out, transported, N 6th Ave.

Check welfare, caller stated his neighbor is having some mental health issues and isn't doing well, transported person voluntarily to Alomere Health for evaluation, W Main.

Assist State Patrol, 94/Osakis Exit.

Shoplifting complaint, recorded on camera, unable to contact suspect, mailed citation to her and will give business a trespass notice they can issue to her, W Nokomis.

Nuisance violation, warning regarding grass and weeds, advised it will be mowed the following day, W 7th Ave.

Recovered five city construction cones from juvenile's residence after seeing them on Snapchat, W Nokomis.

Suspicious activity, license plate on vehicle didn't match vehicle, spoke with new owner, provided correct paperwork, appeared to be a delay in MNLARS system, W Main.

Suspicious activity, numerous vehicles parked on roadside and in lane of traffic, large group leaving bar together, E Nokomis.

Caller wants to know if she can park on the street as people have been tampering with her car in the parking lot, thinks someone is putting holes in tires, scratching it and loosening brake line, given permission to park on street that night, E Main.

Road rage incident, caller changed his mind during call and wanted information only incident documented, W Nokomis.

Transported elderly male walking on W Nokomis to his house, carrying oxygen tank, out of breath due to health condition, W 1st Ave..

Picked up mail for city, E Nokomis.

Medical, elderly male lost and confused, transported, W Nokomis.

Talked with resident about locks being cut and replaced on his mother's outbuildings on his property, wondering if an officer could meet him at the property to put new locks on, civil matter, items on property going through some disputes, will keep an eye on property, E 1st Ave.

Elderly male believes there may be trouble in the area, saw someone splashing far away from a boat, told him they were probably tubing, E Lake.

Found property, E Nokomis.

Person found a credit card on the ground , W Nokomis.
