Mentally ill person, caller reporting theft of his wallet, spoke with caller, W Main.

Possible child abuse complaint, referred to social services.

Property damage accident, vehicle ran into tree in front yard, towing to Jack's Auto in town, W Main.

Friend stole cash from her wallet, W Main.

November 29

Four warnings for on-street parking after midnight.

Mental health, caller says his brother stole the keys to his car, spoke with caller, W Main.

Citation for driving after suspension and no proof of insurance, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Caller wanted it documented that people tap her phone, refused to speak to an officer, said she just wanted it documented because nothing ever gets done, W Main.

November 30

Provided lights for Osakis Fire and Rescue.

Business check, Central Ave.

Caller reporting a guy on an ATV with a plow drove across their front yard after being told to stop plowing snow, W Queen.

December 1

Citation for parking in no parking zone, W 7th Ave.

Medical, irregular heart beat, transported, E Lake.

Theft, stolen wallet, did not appear to be theft, someone left it in vehicle after drinking, driver was informed that it needs to be brought back to Osakis, W Main.

Found 3-4 month old kitten, kitten picked up and placed in OPD pound, 4 month female tabby, E Lake.

Child custody matter, ex-wife was to have the children for Thanksgiving, he let them stay for the whole weekend, they were to meet and exchange children but now that it is dark she doesn't want to drive, spoke with caller who was understanding but felt she could have planned accordingly.

Medical, low oxygen levels, transported, W Main.

December 2

Found animal, large orange male cat, caller will bring to shelter in Brandon, W 4th Ave.

Medical, 80-year-old male was in ER prior day with a urinary tract infection, has chills and crackles in his lungs, respiratory rate up, possible sepsis, transported, W Main.

Assist other agency, plow truck vs. semi, no injuries, first on scene, assisted with slowing traffic behind crash, given to State Patrol, I-94.

December 3
