Suspicious activity, comp got text from neighbor stating that young boys were looking in her windows, comp not home, spotted tall male with gray hoodie who took off running through yards, unable to locate, W Queen.

Suspicious person, male stumbling around back parking lot with flashlight, checked area and trail, unable to locate, W Main.

September 22

Comp states gas was siphoned from his truck, parked on street in front of residence, noticed it was only half full, about 10 gallons missing, checked area, no leakage, no suspects, W Oak.

Suspicious activity, kids called person stating someone was banging on the door, older sister and friends were trying to surprise them, mother arrived shortly, E 4th Ave.

Medical, allergic reaction to bee sting, transported, W 1st Ave.

Noise complaint/ disturbance, yellow dirt bike going up and down Lake Street too fast, unable to locate, E 5th Ave/E Lake.

Warning for speed, Hwy 27.

Warning for speed and tint, given 14 days to remove tint, W 3rd Ave/Nokomis.

Checked restrooms and park.

September 23

Door checks, Main/Central Ave.

Assist other agency, debris on interstate, boat seat, I-94.

Comp being threatened over recent purchase, person wanted extra money to cover shipping, comp said he paid the money but wanted officers to know about it, E Main.

Comp stated she was being contacted by a male that she is scared of, was advised to call if he contacted her.

September 24

Suspicious activity, staff reported vehicle in lot and people getting out several times, no plate info, told to call when/if it comes back, E 8th Ave.

Suspicious activity, building owner stated that upstairs apartment is giving off an acidic odor, could not smell anything, could not get anyone to come to the door, E Main.
