Careless driving, pulled in front of squad, issued warning, E 4th/82.

Juvenile trouble, report of self-hurting, transported to ER for evaluation, E 1st Ave.

Medical, female fell and has leg pain, conscious and alert, transported, N 6th Ave.

Suspicious activity, comp states person continues to take video of her and her family as they leave elementary school, comp stated that person sent police to her residence last week for seatbelt violation, spoke with person who stated the comp does not buckle her kids and was trying to get video evidence, E Nokomis.

Three warnings for on-street parking after midnight.

Assist other agency, Todd Cty requesting officer for assistance with domestic with a sword, backup unit until more county units arrived, SE Oak, West Union.

Caller would like to park her car at the office when she goes out of town, allowed for the day, E Nokomis.

Comp concerned about fisherman on the ice, portable NW of city beach, no vehicle present, will notify DNR, E Lake.

Seventh grade student was kicked out and his dad showed up and was causing issues, stayed at dance until end.

Suspicious person, security camera caught male walking around backyard, comp showed video, could not identify male, will do extra patrols in the area, told comp to report anything suspicious, W 7th Ave.

Suspicious activity, three males in house, caller believes they shouldn't be there, spoke with property owner who OK'd persons to be there, E 8th Ave.

November 19

Citation for on-street parking after Nov. 1st, E Main.

Debit card found in street, left message, E Nokomis.

Assisted stalled motorist, E 1st Ave.

Welfare check, two 4-year-old boys running around building, comp checked their apartment and mother was sleeping and door was open, comp could hear mother screaming at kids later, spoke with mother who said they were not supposed to be in the hallway, found no area of concern, W Main.

Theft, Amazon package stolen, comp stated items were delivered but were not there when they arrived home, no suspects, W 1st Ave.

Suspicious activity, comp reported her security cameras were set off, could see male standing outside in her driveway staring at her yard, spoke with people in vehicle, one person had a warrant and was arrested and transported to jail, W 7th Ave.

November 20

Door checks, Central/Main.

Warning for driving conduct, W 8th Ave/W Nokomis.

OPD notified of power line down, Excel Energy notified, putting cones in area, line was hit by West Central Sanitation, cable line also hit, Arvig contacted, W 1st Ave/W Main.

Medical, chest pain, transported, E Lake.

Tobacco compliance checks, 5 attempts to purchase by minor, no purchase made.

Tobacco compliance check, purchase made by minor, clerk issued warning and explained driver's license, E 8th Ave.
