Suspicious activity call, verbal argument between mother and daughter.

Welfare check requested by Douglas County Social Services, door was not opened right away, persons located inside, residence appeared semi-clean.

Medical, 61-year-old male, dizzy and shortness of breath, transported, W Nokomis.

Stop sign violation, Hwy 27.

Foot patrol, door checks, Central/Main.

December 6

Breaker box on fire, E Lake.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/E Pike.

Expired tab displayed, has current tabs, E 2nd Ave/E Nokomis.

Vehicle with obstructed plate, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.

Person driving slow, trying to warm up vehicle, Hwy 27.

December 7

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Pink wallet located on Nokomis by firehall, owner contacted, E Nokomis.

Theft, vehicle left unlocked after arriving home from work, heard noises but did not investigate, cash and driver's license taken, items taken were in pink wallet which was located by firehall, W 7th Ave.

POR compliance check, person is non-compliant, packet requested from MN BCA by officer, E Nokomis.

Patrol, girl's basketball game, E 1st Ave.

Warning for stop sign and speed, Hwy 27/Dabbler Rd.

Medical, male fallen, possible broken hip, transported, W Main.

Warning for tail light out, E Nokomis.

Patrolled bike trail.

Driving complaint, all over road and headed east, stopped vehicle with trooper after it was found stopped on gravel road, stern warning for driving conduct, was cited a few months prior for texting while driving, CR 31/CR 82.

December 8

Two warnings for parking on street after midnight.

Business check, E 8th Ave, Alexandria.

Business check, E Pike.

Complaint of unlicensed teen driving, spoke with mom, advised she was with him when he was allowed to drive a few blocks to put air in tires, warning issued, W Queen.

Driving complaint, fish house with no lights headed west, unable to locate, CR 82.

Warning for stop sign violation, 27/4.

Warning for brake light out, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Business check, W Nokomis.

December 9

Two warnings for on-street parking after midnight.

Vehicle unlock, E 8th Ave.

Assist other agency, vehicle in ditch, two drunk occupants left scene prior to officer's arrival, truck rolled numerous times, Todd County Sheriff's Office wrote crash, CR 37.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Warning for over fog line repeatedly and obstructing traffic due to slow speed, CR 31/CR 82.

December 10

Fingerprint, E Nokomis.

Three recreational vehicle permits issued.

Residence check request, E Lake.

Animal complaint, comp is dog sitting and can no longer handle the dog, wanted it removed ASAP, advised to bring it to Humane Society during business hours, W Main.

Residence check, E Lake.

Medical, elderly female with rectal bleeding, transported, N 6th Ave.

Warning for broken tail light, W 8th Ave/W Nokomis.

Residence check, W Queen.

Bar check, E 8th Ave.

December 11

Medical, male with chest pain, transported, W Main.

Funeral escort, to Calvary Cemetery, W 3rd Ave.

Review emergency protocols with management, W Main.

Traffic stop, driver arrested for outstanding warrant, cited for driving after revocation and no insurance, transported to Todd County, juvenile dropped off at Long Prairie PD, they will return juvenile to parents, CR 78/CR 82.

Comp reporting that parked vehicles are blocking a group of mailboxes and prevented mail delivery, advised comp that vehicle was legally parked and to speak with post office or city maintenance, E 1st Ave.

Comp reporting male violating order for protection, after further investigation it was found that OFP hasn't been served yet, attempt was made to notify the comp, voicemail was full.

Warning for over center line and driving at reduced speed, Hwy 27/CR 4.

Patrol at boy's basketball game, E 1st Ave.

Business check, E Nokomis.

Comp has questions about city ordinances, complaint of neighbor pumping sump pump into street and causing large icy area, E Main.
