Comp reporting that parked vehicles are blocking a group of mailboxes and prevented mail delivery, advised comp that vehicle was legally parked and to speak with post office or city maintenance, E 1st Ave.
Comp reporting male violating order for protection, after further investigation it was found that OFP hasn't been served yet, attempt was made to notify the comp, voicemail was full.
