Male wants to meet officer at Gas Mart, would not tell what he wanted, he received a credit card in the mail with no return address, turned it in, will attempt to find owner, contacted card company and they will cancel and contact card holder, W Oak.

Warning for stop sign violation, no proof of insurance, gave 10 days to provide proof, Hwy 27.

December 21

Citation for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance, warning for tail light and brake light sections out, E 4th Ave/E Nokomis.

Request for permits for on-street parking between Dec 22-26, granted and issued, Osage.

Person was issued seven parking citations in 2018 year, letter sent asking him to pay outstanding cites, he contacted and stated he would be in to pay, has not yet been in, state citation will be issued, correction: as of 12/21 parking citations have been dismissed, Central Ave.

Nuisance violation, spoke with property owner about couch sitting on lawn for more than a month, asked to have it removed, E 4th Ave.

Criminal damage to property, five juveniles seen stomping on ice rink, ice was broken and underlying tarp ripped causing water to pour out, description of juveniles: one very tall, one very short and three average size, Central Ave/W Main.

Comp stated person took her camera from the front of her apartment, person stated he took it down because as landlord he thought he had the right, will bring it to police dept, W Main.

Dog found and brought into person's shop, German shorthair with blaze orange vest, picture put on Facebook and dog placed in kennel at OPD, owner notified by Facebook user, dog returned to owner, W 1st Ave.

Assist other agency, traffic control for fire dept.

Warning for headlight out, reminded driver to get tabs that are due this month, Central Ave/E Nokomis.

Bar check, E 8th Ave.

Stopped for no tail light, had just had crash on I-94, citation for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance, valid driver arrived to drive vehicle, Central Ave/E Nokomis.

December 23

Warning for tail light section out, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Theft, person took some laptops and oxy pills from comp, W Main.

Traffic hazard, couple walking toward Osakis in dark clothing, caller thinks they may have come from I-94, caller almost hit them, officer gave the two persons a ride to a residence in town, assisted with emergency lights at stalled vehicle, I-94/Hwy 27.

Assist other agency, comp arrived home and a man jumped out from behind a tree, left on CR 31 in white Impala with cracked windshield and Anoka parking sticker on windshield, patrolled area, unable to locate, CR 31, Alexandria.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Noise complaint/disturbance, someone yelling and pounding on neighbor's apartment door, spoke with person and advised her that the tenant was not home, advised person to leave, W Main.

A 911 hang-up, no answer on call back, person was swearing and yelling at another person over money owed, advised both to leave, W Nokomis.

December 24

Assist other agency, Sauk Centre would like officer to check location of person, PC to arrest OFP violation, notify Stearns of result, CR 3.

Vehicle unlock, E Main.

Assist other agency, car killed deer permit issued for deer hit in Todd Cty, 115th.

Minor crash, no injuries, photos taken, Central Ave.

Driving complaint, call of possible impaired driver, appeared to be under the influence at gas station, unable to locate vehicle, W Nokomis.

Medical, female fell and injured shoulder, transported, W Main.

Stopped newly-licensed driver for speed, had driver call parent in lieu of ticket, parent assured that it would be dealt with at home, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Shooting complaint, comp heard what she thought were gunshots by the trail, patrolled area, unable to locate, W Main
