January 9

Medical, 90-year-old male fell earlier and now has low blood pressure, W Main.

Parking complaint, vehicles parked in lot since Monday, left warning on vehicles for business, no contact info for owners, business will tow if they remain much longer, E Nokomis.

Medical, 86-year-old male not feeling well, history of heart issues, transported, E 1st Ave.

Suspicious vehicle, call of vehicle with Texas plates parked at intersection for last 20 minutes, checked area, unable to locate, W 8th Ave/W Oak.

DARE class, E 1st Ave.

Lunch at school with students, E 1st Ave.

DARE class, W 3rd Ave.

Warning for tail light out, CR 3/Trisco Cove Dr.

Criminal damage to property, door panel kicked in on building, doesn't appear entry was made, E Main.

Business check, E Main.

Warning for on-street parking after midnight, E Oak.

January 10

Warning for on-street parking after midnight, W 2nd Ave.

Stalled motorist, jump started, E Pike.

Warning for brake light out, E 8th Ave/E Nokomis.

Patrol at boy's basketball game, E 1st Ave.

Medical, female with low oxygen, assisted with info and loading, transported, W Main.

January 11

Comp stated he broke up with his girlfriend earlier, she drove up from the metro and is knocking on his door, E Pike.

Medical, female fell and is injured, bleeding from back of head, assisted, transported, W Pike.

Medical, female not feeling well, flu-like symptoms, difficulty breathing, high temp, transported, N 6th Ave.

Comp says male with an OFP contacted her daughter and was asking questions, comp says he wanted daughter to relay a message to her, no violation, W Nokomis.

Assist other agency, stopped traffic so fire trucks could leave the hall, W Nokomis.

Deer on road, mangled deer and vehicle parts on roadway, no vehicle on scene, moved deer off road, E 3rd Ave.

Comp stated his wife might be on medication and said some things that were concerning, sent text to husband about not coming home and saying goodbye to their daughter, husband is concerned she may be suicidal and may hurt herself, spoke with person at work, stated she's fine and has no plans to hurt herself..

Warning for speed, I-94/Hwy 27.

January 12

Check welfare, comp is unable to get ahold of either of her friends, are also not responding to their daughter, uncharacteristic behavior, checked residence, nothing out of place, left doorhanger for them to contact daughter and OPD, contact made, W Nokomis.

Medical, firefighter went down during training, unknown injuries/medical issues, transported, E Pike.

Assisted with firefighter that collapsed.

Phone scam, person received call they had kidnapped her son and wanted money to release him, she sent $500 via prepaid cards before making contact with son, understands it was a scam and will block number, E Main.

Fire alarm, no fire or smoke, unsure what set off, false alarm, W Main.

January 13

Deer hit and in middle of road, damage over dollar limit, state report required, permit issued to second person for deer, Hwy 27.

January 14

Medical, elderly female with cardiac episode, doing fine but they would like an evaluation at ER, transported, W Main.

Person transported to ER for mental health evaluation, E 1st Ave.

Medical, 82-year-old female, vomiting and lethargic, transported, E 3rd Ave.

City mail, E Nokomis.

Business check, E Nokomis.

Business check, W Nokomis.

City council meeting, E Nokomis.

Warning for speed and no driver's license in possession, W 7th Ave/W Pike.

Assist other agency, taking two German shepherds to Humane Society, posted on Facebook, owner called and will contact LAHS, Hwy 27/CR 37.

Assist other agency, male shoplifter running from Walmart in Alexandria, suspect apprehended at Holiday Inn, Hwy 29 S, Alexandria.

January 15

Stopped vehicle for front marker light out, citation for no MN driver's license, no proof of insurance and expired registration, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Two warnings for on-street parking after midnight.

Grounds check, W 8th Ave.

Business check, W Pike.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Suspicious activity, report of a Lexus parked at entrance of business since morning with male inside, cited for driving after revocation, arrested for North Dakota warrant, Hwy 27.

Waiver claim, ride along, E Nokomis.

Grounds check.

Warning for expired tabs, E 4th Ave/E Nokomis.

Warning for expired tabs, cited a couple days ago, working on getting tabs, Hwy 27/Todd Cty 4.

Warning for tabs, says it's his company's vehicle, E 4th Ave/E Nokomis.

Warning for speed, had 16-year-old driver call parents in lieu of citation, parents assured they would deal with it at home, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Stalled vehicle was pushed by owner partially onto sidewalk, not traffic hazard, will be towed following morning, W 2nd Ave/W Nokomis.

Comp had questions about renter allowing others to live at apartment against lease agreement, W Main.
