Suspicious vehicle, observed vehicle driving around the block and parking in odd areas, made contact when parked, playing Pokemon, W 2nd Ave/W Main.

Patrol at start of school, E 1st Ave.

Complaint said that neighbor is letting their dogs run loose again, left door hanger to contact OPD, both dogs have fence collars but one's battery might be dead, W 7th Ave.

Possible missing child, 7-year-old female, child was taken to school by her dad, E 1st Ave.

Medical, female who had surgery prior day having difficulty breathing, transported, W 1st Ave.

Fire alarm, W Main.

Person needs escort to property to get his belongings, E Osage.

March 24

Anonymous complaint of male trying to get into a car with a hanger, locked keys in car with it running, got it unlocked, E 8th Ave/E Nestor.

Animal complaint, dogs won't leave person alone, found no dogs in area, E Main.

March 25

Citation for speed, warning for no driver's license, CR 4/27.

Medical, 73 year old with chest pain, requested no first responders, transported, N 6th Ave.

Assist Douglas County Social Services, W Oak.

Property exchange, plans to bring truck fell through, loaded car and will return with OPD and truck at later date for large items, E Osage.

Vehicle out of gas, gave occupants a ride to get gas and assisted with filling vehicle, Todd County 51/150th.

Suspicious person, male walking back and forth on street for an hour with hands in pockets, black clothes and in 20s, unable to locate, E Lake.

Domestic, comp was on phone with a couple that he lives with, lots of yelling and screaming in background, E Main.

March 26

Medical, elderly patient not feeling well, transported, N 6th Ave.

Fire alarm, just testing alarms, E 3rd Ave.
