Juvenile use of tobacco, person took vape machine from 18-year-old student's locker as a joke at high school, will be cited for possession of electronic delivery device, student who took vape device is in log due to being minor, E 1st Ave.

Juvenile use of tobacco, three minors caught using vape device, due to ages they are in the log, all three interviewed with parent's permission, all three will be issued citations by mail for possession of electronic vaping device, E 1st Ave.

Comp reporting fraud on bank account, attempted contact at residence and by phone, left message, W Oak.

Complaint that person is dumping sump water on neighbor's property, unfounded, water pumping on person's own property and running onto comp's property, E Main.

Suspicious person, complaint that person was swearing at clerks, information only, trespass order sent to person's address, W Nokomis.

Juvenile trouble, spoke to all persons involved as well as parents and guardians, whatever caused dispute is being handled by the adults, E Main.

Medical, 50-year-old female down in cabin, friend unable to get in, transported, Lake, Alexandria.

March 29

Patrol at start of school, E 1st Ave.

Assist other agency, baby bald eagle struck in Todd Cty, eagle is in city waiting for DNR, CR 37.

Juvenile use of tobacco, complaint that person sold an electronic vaping device to a 13-year-old, report sent to County Attorney's office for review, E 1st Ave.

Patrol at end of school, E 1st Ave.

Two warnings for speed, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Warning for stop sign, Oak/Central.

Stopped vehicle due to believing driver was revoked, wrong person, Hwy 27.

Harassment, person driving past other person's residence and reving engine, second time it's been reported and dealt with, E 8th Ave.

Check welfare, school is unable to get a hold of mom or grandma to tell them they believe the child needs to be seen by a doctor, person had already made contact with SS about the issue, W Oak.

Dog nipping at comp, person's dogs escaped from house due to child leaving door open, dogs trespassed on comp's property and showed aggression, had owner speak with comp, owner warned with the agreement that he would be cited next time within a year, E Nestor.

Parking complaint, warning for having an unhooked trailer parked overnight on the street the past few nights, E Nokomis.

Assist other agency, 54-year-old male unresponsive and not breathing, administered oxygen and assisted with loading, CR 82.

March 30

Funeral escort from Catholic church to I-94, W 3rd Ave.

Report of a male with a beard racing up and down the street on a dirt bike, warning for riding loud dirt bike in city, E Main.

Driving complaint, car driving recklessly through cul-de-sac, found suspect vehicle, no spin marks on road, warning for no driver's license in possession, Lavens Lakeview Dr.

Assist with traffic for fire/rescue, jump started fire truck at OFD, W Nokomas.

Stood by as tow truck removed abandoned vehicle per property owner, E Pike.

Warning for speed, no proof of insurance and no MN driver's license, valid in TX, E Lake.

Male with dementia trying to drive, assisted person with directions back to Little Falls, spoke with daughter and driver evaluation will be forwarded to DVS, W 8th Ave.

April 1

Parking complaint, parking in yellow, issued 2 warning tags, Central Ave/Oak.

Employee found what she believed to be drug paraphernalia on the floor, container with residue that tested positive for cocaine, no suspects, W Nokomis.

Harassment, comp stated she moved from one apartment to another because a lady threatened her, comp stated that female is now in her current building, another person stated that the two have been irritating each other for a while, gave both persons warnings about bothering each other, W Main.

Person having problems getting a hold of his doctor, W Main.

April 2
