Neighbor dispute, complaint of sump pump dumping on property from neighbor, left card in door to contact OPD, W 8th Ave.

Call of child custody issue regarding parenting time, spoke with all parties, worked out issue.

Complaint of vehicle all over the road, elderyly driver, followed for several miles, drove fine, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Medical, laceration to the arm, transported, W Main.

Stopped for noise, issued warning, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Comp says son's father won't give her keys back, person states keys were left on trash can after initial confrontation, keys given to comp.

Door checks, Central Ave/Main.

April 25

Welfare check, checking on two persons per school, left a message for one person and gave the other a ride to school, E Osage.

Seven warnings issued for storage nuisance violations, photos taken and letters to be sent.

Medical, 98-year-old female with the flu, dehydrated, transported, W Main.

Warning for stop sign violation, I-94/Hwy 27.

Suspicious activity, bartender says that three people look suspicious and seem out of place, covered in gang tattoos, would like an officer to walk through, spoke with everyone, one was from Osakis, E Nokomis.

April 26

Four warnings issued for storage nuisance violations, photos taken and letters to be sent.

DCSS requested welfare check on juvenile who may be living in a dilapidated house, E Osage.

Medical, request by family for transport for mental health evaluation, transported, N 6th Ave.

Comp reported a bunch of kids that appeared to be fighting at the park, one had golf club, person was feuding with a group of other kids, sent everyone on their way, E Lake.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Yard shed was burglarized and three vehicles rummaged through on the 200 block of W 2nd Ave.

Vehicle unlock, E 1st Ave.

Patrolled bike trail.

Comp reported that it looked like the shed by the baseball field had been broken into, shed was locked, a grill was delivered earlier by two men, all OK, E 1st Ave.

April 27

Stopped vehicle for texting while driving and crossing fog and center lines, driver was revoked and had felony warrant, arrested driver, searched vehicle and found approximately 10 grams of meth, arrested passenger who also resisted arrest, citation issued, CR 82.

Controlled house burn, stood by for safety and traffic control, E 8th Ave.

Suspicious person, comp stated there was a man with his dogs walking through yards, spoke with comp, spoke with suspect who stated his dogs took off into a yard and he followed them, advised that dog needs to be on a leash, E Lake.

Someone left their wallet at store, comp got ahold of owner and made arrangements for return, W Main.

18-year-old not wanting to go home to parents due to family issues.

Out for prom, grand march, E 1st Ave.

Business check, W Nokomis.

April 28

After prom party, E 1st Ave.

Warning for headlight and tail light out and no proof of insurance, E 2nd Ave/E Nokomis.

False alarm, building secure, E Nokomis.

Person would like an escort to get things out of home, property removed from outbuildings with no issues, E Lake.

April 29

Teletype from Stearns County for person to call concerning a welfare check, made contact with person and Stearns County, W Oak.

Warning for tint, invalid tint prescription, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Warning for speed, 27/Todd 155.

A total of 22 warnings issued for properties that appear to have vehicles that are in violation of city ordinance, property owners sent a letter on April 25 giving them 30 days to come into compliance.

Warning for speeding, no driver's license in possession and no insurance in possession, CR 3/Trisco Cove Dr.

Assisted with retrieving property from impounded vehicle, E Nokomis.

Warning for speed, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Warning for speed and no MN driver's license, driving on MD license, 27/37.

Warning for speed and no proof of insurance, 27/37.

False alarm, checked all doors, all secured, no sign of anything odd, E Nokomis.

Driving complaint, would like to speak to an officer about neighbor kid and mini bike, spoke with comp, no violation at this time, E Main.

April 30

Bear up a tree, DNR advised to leave it and see if it comes down on its own, bear came down and left city limits, E Lake.

Two letters to be delivered to property owners for violation of city ordinance for building maintenance and appearance, photos taken.

Semi stuck due to other vehicles and tight turn, vehicles moved and hazard cleared, Central Ave/E Nokomis.

Warning for no proof of insurance in possession and texting, CR 2/CR 82.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/E Pike.

Warning for stop sign violation, W 1st Ave/W Nokomis.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Check welfare, comp hasn't been able to get ahold of his baby's mother, trying to speak to his 10-year-old daughter, spoke with person and daughter, person contacted comp in officer's presence.
