Animal complaint, dogs barking non-stop for four hours, could not get an answer at the door, dogs stopped barking as officer knocked, left door hanger asking for a call, noted as warning as someone is there but won't talk to officer, E Lake.

Comp would like to discuss possible hit and run that happened to her vehicle, person at OPS lot was rude to her after person dinged comp's door, very minor damage, E Nestor.

Assist other agency, vehicle going 35-40 MPH toward Osakis, weaving in lane, warning issued, CR 82/CR 9, Nelson.

Checked beach, spoke with lifeguard.

Traffic hazard, empty suitcase in middle of road, removed and disposed of, W 7th Ave/W Oak.

June 7

Attempted fraud, person received phone call claiming to be from Social Security and asking for personal information, no info given, when number was called back they introduced themselves as the Dept of Social Security, used curse words when confronted, E Main.

Warning for windshield and side window tint, W 3rd Ave/W Main.

Suspicious activity near business, W Nokomis.

Driving complaint, warning for transporting children in trailer behind side-by-side, W 4th Ave/W Nokomis.

Traffic hazard, portion of Nokomis buckled, contacted street department, city contacted Douglas Cty, will fix buckle.

Warning for expired registration, E 4th Ave/E Nokomis.

June 8

Patrolled bike trail.

Business check, Hwy 27.

Assist other agency, son rolled vehicle at end of driveway, no injuries, assisted until DCSO deputy arrived, Calvary Rd.

Warning for on-street parking after 2 a.m., W Main.

Funeral escort, stopped traffic at Nokomis and 6th Ave N, W Main.

Gas drive-off, no one at home, left door hanger with drive-off info at residence, W Nokomis.

Vehicle at park had suspicious occupants, comp had prior knowledge of occupants, unable to locate, E Lake.

Owner of vehicle matching suspicious vehicle, had a warrant, stopped vehicle and determined it wasn't the same person as the warrant, Hwy 27/E Nokomis.

Issued three ice cream coupons to children wearing bike helmets, E 3rd Ave/Main.

Check welfare, unable to make contact with persons, left note on their door to call back, made contact, all OK, E Main.

Found small white dog with collar, rat terrier type, impounded at OPD, posted on Facebook, person contacted and dog delivered to her residence, W Nokomis.

Warning for unhitched trailer parked on street overnight, Lake.

June 9

Patrolled bike trial.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Found fertilizer truck in lot with clearance and dome lights on, turned off lights, Hwy 27.

Warning for tail light out and no proof of insurance, W 4th Ave/W Nokomis.

Two warnings for on-street parking after 2 a.m., W Main.

Found open window on business, secured and left message for owner, E Nokomis.

Medical, male doesn't feel good and wants to shoot himself, extreme chest pain, requested ambulance and assisted with loading, probation contacted due to him drinking, transported, E Main.

Patrol activity, Central Ave.

Eighteen warnings for unlicensed dogs.

Gas drive-off, left door hanger at owner's residence advising to contact and pay, W Nokomis.

Transported person to St. Cloud detox, E 17th Ave, Alexandria.

Report of dogs barking frequently at night, spoke with suspected neighbor but it wasn't their dogs, advised comp to call during next occurance, E Oak.

Warning letter delivered for nuisance parking and storage violations, E Lake.

Property has vehicle that appears to be in violation of city ordinance, property owner was issued a letter giving 14 days to come into compliance, E 8th Ave.

Caller states she thinks person's phone is off the hook and she has been trying to get ahold of them, would like it checked out, office phone was off the hook, W Main.

Warning for speed, Calvary Rd/CR 82.

June 11

Large mass of cattails against a dock, contacted DNR, E Lake.

Medical, female possible aspiration, no relief from coughing, transported, W Main.

Warning for stop sign violation, CR 51/Muni Liquor.

Juvenile trouble, person wanted to make a statement in reference to a prior incident, E Nokomis.

Silver GMC Sierra all over the road, unable to locate, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Deer in roadway, deer placed in ditch, minor accident report, CR 82.
