June 12

Dog on the loose, black and tan with red or pink collar, E Nokomis.

Sidewalk is buckling, sending work order to maintenance, E Nokomis.

Trespassing complaint, comp stating male is trying to take things that don't belong to him and won't leave, male retrieved belongings and left, E Nestor.

Resident got a call stating that his Social Security was being taken away, resident returned a call to Social Security and was advised it was a scam and to contact law enforcement, advised resident that he could contact his phone provider and have the number blocked, resident did not give any personal info and had no loss, W Oak.

Business check, E Nokomis.

Two stray dogs running, dogs escaped and were captured by owners, Queen.

Suspicious activity, someone plugged the tailpipe of the comp's vehicle with insulation, E Main.

Patrolled park and locked restrooms, E Lake.

Comp states dogs have been barking non-stop since new people moved in, dogs are keeping people up at night, warned people who just moved in about their four unlicensed dogs and the barking, 8th Ave/ E Main.

June 13

Spoke to owner of motel about barking dogs, W Nokomis.

Medical, female with change of mental status, needs to be checked out at ER, transported, W Main.

Sealcoat company going door to door without permit, sending up to get a permit at city hall, E Lake.

Business check.

Resident would like person removed that she gave eviction notice to, advised it was a civil issue, Idlewild Resort.

Citation for failure to stop at stop sign, warning for brake light out, W 2nd Ave/W Nokomis.

Citation for failure to stop at stop sign, W 8th Ave/W Nokomis.

Stopped for brake light out, warning for speed, 27/4.

June 14

Medical, 80-year-old female diabetic blood sugar, high pulse, transported, N 6th Ave.

Warning for headlight out, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.

Permit to purchase handgun, E Nokomis.

Child custody, comp is worried about his baby's mother having issues when she shows up for the child, would like possible stand by, spoke with person who stated that the temporary order has expired and that per court it is not in effect and she is not letting the child go with him.

Resident stated person took a phone and was sending explicit snap chat videos to someone, person whose phone it belonged to did not want to press charges.

Education/presentation, E 8th Ave.

Planning and zoning packets.

Door checks, Central Ave/W Main.

June 15

Would like an officer to drive by location to see if squatters are still there, resident would like a call with findings, E Lake.

Warning for speed, CR 3/Trisco Cove Dr.

Warning for speed, 51/2.

Suspicious vehicle parked at back of clinic, no signs of forced entry, logged plate.

Warning for driving conduct, 27/37.

June 16

Resident reported her car was hit prior night, witness stated that a person struck the comp's car on 6/15, witness said driver got out and looked at the damage and then parked, person stated she didn't hit the car, only a bucket on the ground, evidence supports this, damage must have been from another vehicle, E 2nd Ave.

Warning for speed, Calvary Rd/CR 82.

Animal complaint, dog in vehicle with window barely cracked, dog was happy, plenty of water and good air flow, E 8th Ave.

Property damage accident, vehicle backed into another vehicle while parked on street, minor accident report, both vehicles drivable, accident took place on 6/14, Lavens Lakeview Dr.

Warning for stop sign violation, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Citation for stop sign violation, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Medical, 36-year-old female fell and knocked herself out, transported, W Oak.

ATV complaint, three ATV/UTVs tearing around, drifting and throwing rocks, left door hanger for residents to contact officer, was able to follow tracks and see damage to road, Lavens Lakeview Dr.

Noise complaint, noise coming from boat, passed on to DCS, Lake Osakis.

June 17

Boat on trailer has been unhooked on the street for a week, left warning on door of residence, E Main.

Warning for seatbelt, N 6th Ave/W Nokomis.

Welfare check, comp's wife hasn't answered her phone all day, phone was off charger, called comp to explain, W Nokomis.

Comp stated he is sick of people leaving garbage from softball games, advised extra patrol would be done, W Queen.

Warning for failure to stop at stop sign, W 4th Ave/W Nokomis.

Warning for failure to stop at stop sign, E 1st Ave/Hwy 27.

Warning for headlight out, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.

Warning for headlight out, E 1st Ave/E Nokomis.

June 18

Business check, E Pike.

Assist other agency, caller hasn't heard from his 17-year-old daughter for about four days after they had a fight, spoke to mother in Pope County, was told she was at an event and will not talk to comp, assisted in locating juvenile, S Darling Dr, Alexandria.

Business check, E Nokomis.

Juvenile last seen around 2 a.m., won't come home, showed up upon officer's arrival, W Pike.

Business check, W Nokomis.

Suspicious activity, Todd Cty took call from person at Black's Resort, caller said he could see 15-foot-high flames, active burn permit, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Park check, locked restrooms, E Lake.

Grounds check, locked restrooms, public beach.

Business/grounds check, Osakis Country Club.

Assist other agency, citation for minor in possession of alcohol, Calvary Rd/CR 82.
