Take a spin on the trail -- for free

Here's a dilemma: You'd like to explore the Central Lakes Trail in and around Osakis on a bicycle but you don't have a bike.

Solution: Take a free spin on one of the bicycles that are now parked on the trail behind the Osakis Visitor's Center on Main Street, next to the new Bicycle Repair Station that was recently installed.

The Osakis Area Chamber of Commerce organized the free bike service. Rick Loxtercamp of Osakis got some used bikes, repaired them and brought them to site.

All people have to do when they are finished with their ride is to return their bike to the same spot on the trail, so get pedaling!
