Tennis: Osakis breezes past LPGE

Another day, another 7-0 win for the Osakis tennis team.

This time it was Long Prairie-Grey Eagle that fell victim to the Silverstreaks. The tightest match came at first singles, but Osakis’ Tia Dykema rallied from a loss in the first set to win 4-6, 6-0, 6-3.

Lauren Scherr followed suit at second singles with a 6-2, 6-2 win. Mara VanNyhuis didn’t drop a game in the third spot and Lexi Spychalla won in straight sets at fourth singles.

Shea Olson and Camryn Hoffarth didn’t drop a game at first doubles and Alexa Lien and Kennedy George won by that same 6-0, 6-0 score at second doubles. Sydney Rach and Muriah Adolphsen finished off the sweep with a 6-1, 6-1 win.
