The Osakis tennis team made easy work of Sauk Centre and Melrose on Thursday as the Silverstreaks swept a triangular by beating the Mainstreeters 7-0 and the Dutchmen 6-1.

The sweep over Sauk Centre came in straight sets at every position. Tia Dykema, Camryn Hoffarth, Lexi Spychalla and Mara VanNyhuis got the job done in singles.

In doubles, Sydney Rach and Kadyn Triebenbach won 6-4, 6-2. Brittany Dietrich and Ellie George swept at second doubles and Helena Zajac and Jayden Hensley did the same at the third spot.

Paige and Jessica Danzl salvaged Melrose’s only win at second doubles as Osakis took the rest of the matches in straight sets.

Dykema, Alexa Lien, Kennedy George and Larissa Hoffarth won in singles. Camryn Hoffarth and VanNyhuis dominated at first doubles, and Dietrich and E. George won 6-2, 7-5 at third doubles.

The two wins move the Silverstreaks to 8-2 on the season.
