The Osakis wrestling team built an early lead over Benson on Thursday night before the Braves rallied late for a 43-30 win.
Jacob Taplin got an 8-2 decision win at 106 pounds, and Logan Grove and Gaven Cimbura both pinned their guys at 113 and 120 to make it a 15-0 Osakis lead. The Braves got a couple forfeit wins at 126 and 132 to get back in it. They then got a pin and two forfeits from 182 through 220 to wrap up the victory.
Nathan Kulzer got a pin for Osakis at 138. Kale Drevlow did the same at 152, and Brock Faber beat Alden Syltie at heavyweight in a 4-3 decision.
The Silverstreaks are off now until Jan. 4 when they travel to Ogilvie for a tournament at 10 a.m.
